Enstrom Rollover In Florida
The pilot of a 1976 Enstrom F-28C (N426KA) suffered minor injuries (some articles saying none) Saturday when his helicopter rolled over while taxing to runway 32. The accident occurred around 11:30am in the southeast corner of the St. Lucie International Airport which is located in Florida. Reports are that a gust of wind kicked up at just the right moment to cause the rollover to occur. About 25 of the 45 gallons of fuel leaked out but no fire was started.
This aircraft is also listed for sale with a price of $87,500 here.
